On Monday, August 11, TCSL held a working session with ECNL RL Club Administrators. It was suggested and perhaps preferred that club administrators have the flexibility to toggle on/off whether the R002 form is required to be uploaded. Subsequently, club administrators may upload the form, perhaps collected during a player’s club registration, to the player’s profile directly. This is not mandatory, and the original process may still be utilized.
