Player proof if age verification is a player eligibility requirement when registering players through US Club Soccer. The conventional process is for that document to be uploaded into the encrypted depository within the player profile in GotSport for review and verification by US Club Soccer administrative staff. At times, parents may have security concerns with this process. US Club Soccer has provided the information below regarding the process and alternatives for verification.
Proof of birth (POB) documents uploaded to US Club Soccer's online repositories are deleted from our systems automatically after a short period of time. They are not held indefinitely. If you do not want to upload a POB into our system for security reasons, you have three alternative options that are identified below. Note that these options will take longer than our typical 24-48 hours to review POBs.
1) You can email the POB in a secure email to the Member Administration team at admin@usclubsoccer.org. Please identity the player's full legal name in the subject line and explain that you are sending it via secure email instead of via GotSport or Athlete One / TGS because of security concerns.

3)You can set up a time with a member of the Member Administration team to join a video call, where you will hold the POB up to the screen to allow the team member to review and verify manually in GotSport or Athlete One / TGS. If this is your preferred option, please submit a support ticket listing a few options for you are available for the call over the next few days. Be sure to identify your time zone in your availability.
Once we receive the POB via secure email or mail, we will approve the POB requirement in GotSport or Athlete One / TGS, shred or delete the POB document, and then email you to confirm that it has been completed.
Acceptable POB documents include: Government-issued birth certificate, passport, driver's license, other documents issued by the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security or U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, and other documents as determined by US Club Soccer. Birth certificates issued by hospitals, medical centers and religious organizations are not acceptable POBs.
